Q: How do I know whether or not I have hail and/or wind damage to my roof or home?

A: We are specialists in this field. There is no need to burden yourself in trying to determine if your roof has incurred any damage. All you need to do is give us written permission, and we will inspect your roof for you, free of charge!

Q: Are there easy signs to spot damage from the ground?

A: You definitely need to call us for assistance if you see any of the following: 1) shingles blown off and laying in your yard 2) leaves and/or other debris sticking underneath your shingles 3) corners of your shingles are curling up 4) part of your ridge vent is blown off 5) holes in window screens - this usually means you have hail damage to your roof.

Q: What should I do if you tell me my roof or home has damage?

A: If our evaluator finds damage to your roof or home, you simply call your insurance company and file a claim, and we will guide you through the process.

Q: What does "getting approved" mean?

A: "Getting Approved" means we will meet with your insurance adjuster and show them our findings. We are specialists in this field and we will advocate for you to get them to cover your claim.

Q: What are my chances of getting approved?
